1.成(cheng)果簡介

           中鐵二(er)十局集團第(di)四工(gong)程(cheng)有(you)限公司負責(ze)施工(gong)的(de)甘(gan)肅省天水市羅(luo)家溝大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)主(zhu)(zhu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)為(wei)50m+115m+85m+50m=300m獨塔、自(zi)錨式(shi)懸索橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),基礎采用(yong)群(qun)樁基礎、分離式(shi)承臺,主(zhu)(zhu)塔采用(yong)雙(shuang)塔柱、呈“門(men)”字形(xing)布置(zhi);主(zhu)(zhu)梁(liang)采用(yong)全(quan)焊單箱多室閉口鋼箱梁(liang)結構;在(zai)主(zhu)(zhu)梁(liang)兩側各設(she)(she)置(zhi)一根主(zhu)(zhu)纜,全(quan)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)共兩根主(zhu)(zhu)纜;全(quan)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)共設(she)(she)置(zhi)31對(dui)吊桿(gan),主(zhu)(zhu)跨(kua)(kua)18對(dui)、邊跨(kua)(kua)13對(dui),吊桿(gan)的(de)標(biao)準水平間距為(wei)6m,主(zhu)(zhu)跨(kua)(kua)最短(duan)的(de)三對(dui)吊桿(gan)為(wei)剛性吊桿(gan)。該(gai)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)為(wei)甘(gan)肅省境內在(zai)建的(de)第(di)一座自(zi)錨式(shi)懸索橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),該(gai)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)不僅結構受力復雜、而且橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)位處地(di)質紛雜,再加(jia)上工(gong)期要求(qiu)緊,更加(jia)增大(da)了施工(gong)難度。

 該成(cheng)果(guo)在甘肅省天水市羅(luo)家溝大(da)橋施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)得(de)到成(cheng)功(gong)(gong)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)。施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)采用(yong)(yong)了(le)(le)混凝土支護(hu)樁與高(gao)(gao)壓旋噴樁組(zu)合支護(hu)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu),成(cheng)功(gong)(gong)解(jie)決了(le)(le)主(zhu)河道內沖積地層下(xia)的(de)(de)主(zhu)塔承臺(tai)深基(ji)坑支護(hu)和(he)止水問題(ti);采用(yong)(yong)主(zhu)塔線形(xing)和(he)內力雙控(kong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu),確保了(le)(le)帶有傾角的(de)(de)門型(xing)主(zhu)塔的(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)全和(he)質量;大(da)跨度(du)斜交異形(xing)梁頂推施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong),在不中(zhong)斷高(gao)(gao)速(su)公路交通的(de)(de)情況下(xia)安(an)全、高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)完成(cheng)了(le)(le)大(da)跨度(du)斜交異型(xing)梁的(de)(de)頂推施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong);梁纜同步施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong),既使整(zheng)體工(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)提前了(le)(le)一個月(yue)又節約了(le)(le)成(cheng)本;自錨式懸索橋結(jie)構(gou)體系轉換(huan)關(guan)鍵技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong),成(cheng)功(gong)(gong)解(jie)決了(le)(le)柔(rou)性索施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)數據(ju)模擬分析、索力控(kong)制(zhi)精度(du)不高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)問題(ti);氯(lv)磺橡膠的(de)(de)主(zhu)纜防護(hu)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)彌補了(le)(le)傳統主(zhu)纜防護(hu)容易老化的(de)(de)缺點(dian)。使施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難(nan)點(dian)全面受(shou)控(kong),為羅(luo)家溝大(da)橋高(gao)(gao)質、高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)按期(qi)建成(cheng)通車奠定了(le)(le)堅實的(de)(de)基(ji)礎,取得(de)了(le)(le)顯著(zhu)的(de)(de)社會效(xiao)(xiao)益及(ji)經(jing)濟效(xiao)(xiao)益。

 2.技術(shu)創新點:

         (1)研發的(de)臨(lin)時錨固技(ji)術,實現(xian)了自錨式懸(xuan)索橋的(de)梁(liang)纜同步施工,縮(suo)短(duan)了工期。

        (2)基于步履式頂推(tui)法完成了斜交異形(xing)鋼箱梁的頂推(tui)施工(gong)(gong),在頂推(tui)過程中能(neng)夠根據(ju)主(zhu)梁實際斜交角和(he)質量分布情(qing)況對各(ge)點處的頂升力進行實時調(diao)整(zheng),優化、改進了既有步履式頂推(tui)施工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝。

       (3)改進了既有頻率法測量吊(diao)桿(gan)索(suo)力(li)的(de)計算(suan)公式,建立了可計入(ru)端(duan)部性質影(ying)響的(de)修正索(suo)力(li)計算(suan)公式并取得了實際驗(yan)證,解決了短吊(diao)桿(gan)索(suo)力(li)測量偏差(cha)較大的(de)技(ji)術難題。
