建筑機器人“上崗” 成都首批智能建造試點項目

四(si)輪激光地面整平機器人(ren)(“小智1號(hao)”)


高溫下,“小智(zhi)1號”“小智(zhi)2號”“小智(zhi)3號”三個(ge)機器人在施工現場(chang)忙碌著,它們不(bu)僅可以更加精準地進行操作,還可以無懼高溫不(bu)間斷作業(ye)——這是記者26日在成都市首(shou)批智(zhi)能建造試點項目施工現場(chang)看到的。

“隨著建(jian)筑行業向工業化(hua)、智(zhi)能化(hua)、綠色化(hua)轉型升級,智(zhi)能建(jian)造(zao)在(zai)工程建(jian)設中(zhong)應用(yong)廣泛。棬(quan)子(zi)樹村1、2組新建(jian)住(zhu)宅及(ji)配套設施項目(mu)是成都市首批(pi)智(zhi)能建(jian)造(zao)12個(ge)試點項目(mu)之一,也是四川省(sheng)首批(pi)智(zhi)能建(jian)造(zao)13個(ge)試點項目(mu)之一。”中(zhong)國五冶集團相(xiang)關(guan)負責人向記者介紹道(dao)。

機器人現場“大展拳腳”

記(ji)者來到(dao)(dao)施工現(xian)場看到(dao)(dao),3臺“上(shang)崗”的建筑機器人(ren)分別為四輪激光(guang)地(di)面整平機器人(ren)(“小智(zhi)1號”)、履帶(dai)抹(mo)光(guang)機器人(ren)(“小智(zhi)2號”)、四盤地(di)面抹(mo)光(guang)機器人(ren)(“小智(zhi)3號”)。

3個機(ji)器人交替施工(gong),配合默契(qi)——

當混凝土澆筑到(dao)施工面上時,“小智(zhi)1號(hao)”通過智(zhi)能激光(guang)找平算(suan)法以及線控底盤施工(gong)技(ji)術,實現無人自主(zhu)運動及高精平整施工(gong)。

在混凝(ning)土(tu)初(chu)凝(ning)后(hou),“小(xiao)智2號”通過巡航技術以及智能擺臂算法對地(di)面進行(xing)提漿收面施(shi)工,“小(xiao)智3號”則在混凝土終凝前(qian)對地(di)面進行(xing)抹光。

“這幾款機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)可(ke)代(dai)替工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)進(jin)行(xing)大(da)面(mian)積持續(xu)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye),避(bi)免因高(gao)溫工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)無法進(jin)場施工(gong)(gong)(gong)影(ying)響工(gong)(gong)(gong)期等(deng)不(bu)利情況(kuang)發(fa)生(sheng)。同時(shi)智能施工(gong)(gong)(gong)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)在施工(gong)(gong)(gong)過后混凝土表(biao)面(mian)成形效(xiao)果(guo)比人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)更精(jing)(jing)確,一臺施工(gong)(gong)(gong)機(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)可(ke)代(dai)替多個工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)同時(shi)施工(gong)(gong)(gong),同樣的施工(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)間下,作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)面(mian)比人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)更廣,具有高(gao)效(xiao)率(lv)、高(gao)精(jing)(jing)度、高(gao)收益等(deng)優點。”項目(mu)技術主管胥秘告訴記者。

“黑(hei)科技”遠不止機器(qi)人

胥秘告訴記者,該項目三標段為(wei)智能建(jian)造實(shi)施區域,從(cong)設計—施工—運維全(quan)生命(ming)周期開展(zhan)智能(neng)(neng)建(jian)造(zao)技術應(ying)用,以智能(neng)(neng)機器人多機應(ying)用和較全(quan)面物聯網檢測系統作為(wei)本(ben)項目智能(neng)(neng)建(jian)造(zao)實施特色。

“項目智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能建(jian)(jian)造應用主要(yao)包(bao)含五(wu)部分(fen),一是基于BIM探索建(jian)(jian)立(li)貫穿建(jian)(jian)筑全生命(ming)周期(qi)的(de)標準數據(ju)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)模型,打(da)通從設計到(dao)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)到(dao)運(yun)維(wei)(wei)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)數據(ju)的(de)傳遞;二是建(jian)(jian)立(li)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)決策(ce)項目管(guan)控平臺(tai),采(cai)用信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)化手段進(jin)行業務管(guan)理,并基于智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能算法實現對(dui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)數據(ju)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)的(de)分(fen)析、預警(jing)和輔助決策(ce);三是建(jian)(jian)立(li)泛感知的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)要(yao)素物聯信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)檢測系統,獲(huo)取現場數據(ju)化信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi);四(si)是應用建(jian)(jian)造機器人,實現少(shao)人化施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),提(ti)高施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)環境效益、施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質量和效率;五(wu)是基于五(wu)冶智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能運(yun)維(wei)(wei)系統,建(jian)(jian)立(li)針(zhen)對(dui)小區的(de)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)慧運(yun)維(wei)(wei)方案。”他表示。

按照工期節點安排,首(shou)批混凝土類機器(qi)人(ren)6月(yue)26日進場施工(gong),室內(nei)(nei)噴涂機器人(ren)、室內(nei)(nei)打磨機器人(ren)、ALC條板安裝(zhuang)機器人(ren)、智能施工(gong)電(dian)梯等智能硬件設施預計9月(yue)份進場。
